We are offering an exciting Mechanical Design Engineering Internship focused on Aerospace Components. This internship provides hands-on experience in designing, analyzing, and testing high-performance components for aerospace applications. Reports to
The intern will report to the Lead Aerospace Design Engineer / R&D Manager.
What will you do?

Assist in the design and modeling of aerospace components using CAD tools.

Support structural, thermal, and stress analysis of mechanical parts.

Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, and design documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in aerodynamics, materials, and manufacturing.

Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation activities.

Research aerospace-grade materials and lightweight design approaches.

Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and quality guidelines.
What are we looking for?

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

Strong knowledge of mechanics, materials, and structural design.

Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, or NX).

Familiarity with FEA/CAE tools for stress and thermal analysis.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
What additional skills will help you stand out?

Prior academic projects or internships in aerospace or defense sectors.

Knowledge of composite materials and lightweight design methods.

Experience with CFD tools for aerothermal analysis.
