We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Research and Development Lab. This internship provides hands-on experience in design, prototyping, testing, and analysis of mechanical systems. Reports to

The intern will report to the R&D Engineer / Lab Supervisor.

What will you do?

• Assist in the design and prototyping of mechanical components.

• Conduct experiments, collect data, and support lab testing activities.

• Prepare technical documentation, research reports, and presentations.

• Collaborate with engineers and scientists on innovative R&D projects.

• Support the use and maintenance of lab equipment and testing setups.

• Research emerging technologies, materials, and design approaches.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for product and system improvements.

What are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong fundamentals in mechanics, materials, and thermodynamics.

• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or AutoCAD).

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Curiosity for research and innovation.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience with prototyping (3D printing, machining, CNC).

• Knowledge of FEA/CAE tools (ANSYS, COMSOL, or MATLAB).

• Exposure to experimental design and data analysis.

• Prior academic or project-based R&D experience.

• Familiarity with industry research papers and scientific documentation.

Work mode
