Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Assist customers by providing accurate information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt, empathetic, and solution-oriented service.

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the system.

  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.

  • Follow company policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure quality service delivery.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay updated with products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.

  • Ability to stay calm and patient in high-pressure situations.

  • Computer literacy and familiarity with call center software, CRMs, and troubleshooting tools.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience working remotely or using digital communication tools is a plus.

  • Exposure to CRM software, helpdesk platforms, or customer interaction systems is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts are available to accommodate different time zones and schedules.

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.

  • Weekend and evening shifts may be required based on client needs.

  • Attendance and punctuality are essential.
