Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and efficient technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.

  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions and technical workflows.

  • Document support interactions and issue resolutions in the company’s ticketing system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams and follow up until resolution.

  • Assist in software installations, updates, and configurations remotely.

  • Maintain knowledge of CloudServe’s products, services, and industry best practices.

  • Educate clients on preventive measures and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and service delivery.

  • Ensure client satisfaction through professional communication and empathy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), cloud applications, and remote troubleshooting tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

  • Experience with customer service platforms, ticketing systems, and CRM tools.

  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).

  • Patience, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with customer concerns.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service roles is preferred.

  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Ability to work in shifts covering global time zones is desirable.

  • Occasional on-call support may be required during weekends or after hours.
