Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers via chat, email, and video calls to address inquiries and provide solutions.

  • Onboard new customers, guiding them through the platform and ensuring a seamless transition.

  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure engagement, adoption, and satisfaction.

  • Track and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate insights to internal teams.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

  • Monitor customer health metrics and work to reduce churn while improving retention.

  • Assist in creating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials.

  • Provide periodic reports on customer satisfaction, usage trends, and feedback.

  • Maintain empathy, professionalism, and consistency in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and creatively.

  • High emotional intelligence and customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with customer service tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, client success, or a related field.

  • Experience working in remote teams or virtual environments is preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in onboarding, client retention, or customer support roles.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Flexible working hours aligned with global time zones, with occasional availability required during peak hours.

  • Work-from-home setup with necessary equipment provided as needed.
