Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via chat and voice support platforms.

  • Troubleshoot issues, provide product information, and guide customers in real-time with accurate solutions.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring proper follow-up.

  • Document and update customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system for future reference.

  • Assist in improving customer service processes by sharing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.

  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Comfortable multitasking across multiple communication channels.

  • Ability to remain calm and patient in high-pressure situations.

  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or chat support roles preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available, including rotational schedules.

  • Full-time and part-time positions depending on business needs.

  • Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.
