Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and social media.

Build and nurture long-term relationships by providing personalized support and anticipating customer needs.

Assist customers in understanding products, services, and features to ensure they maximize their experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience

2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or customer engagement roles.

Working Hours

Full-time position.
