Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by identifying problems and suggesting solutions.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Escalate complex queries to appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring swift resolution.

  • Offer proactive support to customers by providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.

  • Adhere to service level agreements and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met or exceeded.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication and typing speed.

  • Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently without compromising service quality.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in providing information.

  • Familiarity with customer support tools, CRMs, or live chat platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing customer needs and business processes.

  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.

  • Prior experience in customer service, chat support, or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Experience in handling high-volume customer interactions is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available including day, evening, and night schedules.
