Job Summary:

WebKey Data is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and possess strong typing and data management skills. As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records, entering data efficiently, and supporting the operational needs of our organization from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and manage data in company databases and software systems.

  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

  • Maintain digital files and documentation in an organized manner.

  • Assist in generating reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as required.

  • Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies or errors.

  • Ensure all confidential information is handled with discretion and professionalism.

  • Meet daily or weekly data entry targets while maintaining high accuracy levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient typing skills with high accuracy.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with data entry software, CRMs, or online platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop.

Experience:

  • No prior professional experience is required; freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or virtual support is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time schedule with flexible hours.

  • Estimated 3–5 hours per day, 5 days a week.

  • Ability to adjust hours based on workload and deadlines.
