Job Summary

WorldCare NGO, a leading organization committed to driving social impact and sustainable development, is seeking a motivated Project Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects aimed at community development, healthcare, education, and humanitarian initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of NGO projects and programs.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, proposals, and progress updates.
  • Support in organizing meetings, workshops, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, volunteers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project operations.
  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure project impact and effectiveness.
  • Assist in fundraising and grant management activities, including proposal preparation and donor communications.
  • Identify challenges and provide practical solutions to improve project efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams, volunteers, and stakeholders.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or administration within an NGO or development sector.
  • Prior experience in donor reporting, community outreach, or event management is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexible work arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of NGO operations, project lifecycle management, and community development practices.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Competency in report writing, data management, and analytical assessment.
  • Strong teamwork orientation while maintaining initiative and independent decision-making skills.
