Job Summary
HopeBridge International is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented NGO Campaign Manager to lead, design, and execute impactful campaigns that raise awareness, drive engagement, and mobilize resources for our humanitarian initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for social change, ensuring that our campaigns effectively resonate with diverse audiences globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including communications, fundraising, and volunteer networks, to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and sponsors to expand the reach and impact of campaigns.
- Lead content creation and storytelling efforts to engage target audiences through various platforms including social media, email, and community events.
- Plan and manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all campaigns align with the NGO’s mission, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and other promotional activities to boost campaign visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campaign management, preferably within NGOs, nonprofit organizations, or social impact initiatives.
- Strong understanding of fundraising, advocacy, and awareness campaigns.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, fundraising, or communications roles within NGOs or similar organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Working Hours
- Full-time role with flexible working hours.
- Occasional weekend or evening work may be required depending on campaign schedules and events.
