Job Summary:
RapidDesk Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by various teams.
- Assist in organizing virtual events, webinars, and team meetings.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistics for team members when necessary.
- Support HR and operations teams with onboarding, documentation, and employee communications.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack) is a plus.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Experience in remote work environments is highly desirable.
