Job Summary:
TaskPro Global is seeking an organized, proactive, and highly motivated Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will act as a pivotal point of coordination, ensuring seamless workflow, efficient processes, and a supportive environment for all team members. This role combines administrative leadership with operational management, supporting both staff and company objectives while maintaining a positive and productive office culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions.
- Supervise and coordinate office staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and support personnel.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.
- Oversee office budgets, procurement, and supply management.
- Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar management for senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely response and follow-ups.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor office equipment and facilities, liaising with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude and proactive mindset.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in office management or administrative leadership, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience in managing teams and implementing office processes is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
- Standard office hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Flexibility may be required for urgent tasks or special projects.
