Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to virtual teams.
  • Manage email correspondence, data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
  • Assist in maintaining digital filing systems, reports, and spreadsheets with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and virtual events, ensuring timely communication and resource availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and basic troubleshooting with a professional demeanor.
  • Support HR and operations by updating records, preparing reports, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain workflow efficiency and support task prioritization under minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in virtual assistance, office support, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Ability to learn new tools like Slack, Trello, Zoom, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating in a remote team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in office administration, customer support, or virtual assistance roles preferred.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms is highly desirable.
  • Previous exposure to CRM systems, task management tools, or cloud-based storage platforms is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Must be available during core business hours (as per company’s timezone).
