Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of associates to meet performance goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, merchandising, and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed store performance objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development of team members.

  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams for strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail management, team leadership, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic financial understanding, including budgeting and sales forecasting.
  • Proficient in using retail management systems and technology tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

  • 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is highly desirable.
  • Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and staff training is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs.
  • Managers are expected to be available during peak hours and handle operational requirements.
