  • High level of professionalism, patience, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or airline industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours
