Job Summary

UPS Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Freight Data Entry Associate to join our growing logistics support team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining freight and shipping data in our systems to ensure smooth operations across our supply chain. Key Responsibilities

• Enter and verify freight shipment details into UPS logistics systems with a high level of accuracy.

• Review documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and shipping records to ensure compliance with UPS policies.

• Monitor and update freight records to reflect current shipping statuses.

• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies in data.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer and company information.

• Generate and distribute reports as required by the logistics team.

• Assist with process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Strong typing speed with exceptional accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

• Prior experience in data entry, logistics, or supply chain support is highly desirable.
