Job Summary

UPS is seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our remote team as Customer Support and Data Entry Executives. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving shipment-related concerns, and ensuring accurate entry of logistics and delivery data into our systems. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries related to shipments, billing, and deliveries.

  • Accurately input and update shipment data, invoices, and order details into UPS systems.

  • Monitor and track customer issues to ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data at all times.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer support activities and data entry accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry tools.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools, call systems, and online support platforms.

  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a high level of accuracy.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer support, data entry, or administrative roles preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working schedule with options for both full-time and part-time.
