Job Summary

Chewy is looking for a Remote Technical Support Representative to join our growing E-commerce support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues faced by customers, ensuring seamless shopping experiences on Chewy’s platform. You will handle troubleshooting, guide customers through solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your technical knowledge with customer service skills while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Chewy’s website, mobile app, and account management.

  • Assist customers with order tracking, payment issues, login difficulties, and system errors.

  • Document customer interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal IT and operations teams to escalate unresolved issues.

  • Ensure timely resolution of problems while maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Stay updated on platform features, system changes, and technical support best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-focused approach.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and web browsers.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service.

  • Prior experience in an e-commerce or online retail environment is an advantage.

  • Freshers with strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working schedule with shifts based on business needs.

  • May include evening, weekend, or holiday coverage.
