Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with all customers.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while actively promoting Hollister products.

  • Maintain visual merchandising and store standards, ensuring displays are attractive and inventory is organized.

  • Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, tagging, and pricing of merchandise.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating work environment.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.

  • Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and the Hollister brand.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of retail or customer service experience; entry-level candidates with strong enthusiasm are welcome.

  • Prior experience in clothing, lifestyle, or apparel retail is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling with options for part-time and full-time hours.

  • Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required to meet store needs.

  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
