This role is central to delivering an outstanding customer experience by providing expert product knowledge, assisting with sales, and supporting overall store operations. As a Retail Product Specialist, you will represent the Skechers brand with energy, passion, and professionalism, ensuring that customers find the right products that suit their lifestyle and performance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a welcoming, friendly approach.

• Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

• Drive sales by highlighting Skechers’ product features, benefits, and latest trends.

• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

• Support stock management including receiving, replenishing, and organizing inventory.

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

• Stay updated on current promotions, new arrivals, and Skechers’ brand initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
