Tiny Steps Childcare Agency is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Part-Time Weekend Nanny to support families in providing exceptional care for their children. Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized care for children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.

• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate educational, creative, and recreational activities.

• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and basic hygiene routines.

• Supervise playtime and outdoor activities, promoting social and cognitive development.

• Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding children’s progress, activities, and any concerns.

• Perform light housekeeping related to children’s needs (tidying play areas, cleaning up after meals).

• Support children in developing routines, including naps, bedtime, and other daily schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a nanny, childcare provider, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.

• Ability to plan engaging activities tailored to different age groups.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents.

• Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors calmly.

• Basic first aid and CPR certification (preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in childcare, babysitting, or as a professional nanny.

• Experience caring for multiple children or children of varying ages is a plus.

Working Hours

• Part-time position: weekends only.
