Job Summary

SecureMalls Inc. is seeking motivated and responsible Entry Level Security Guards to join our residential building security team. In this role, you will ensure the safety, security, and peace of mind of residents, visitors, and property. This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in the security field, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to prevent unauthorized access.

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and compliance with security protocols.

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate action.

• Provide assistance and directions to residents and visitors in a courteous manner.

• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in detailed reports.

• Maintain communication with the building management team regarding safety concerns.

• Enforce property rules and regulations consistently and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or emergency situations.

• Basic knowledge of security procedures and practices.

• Physically fit to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience

• No prior security experience is required.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.

• On-the-job training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
