Job Summary

SecureMalls Inc., a leading provider of advanced security solutions, is seeking dedicated and vigilant Night Shift Security Guards for our industrial site clients. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets during night operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to respond efficiently to any security incidents or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure the industrial site during night hours, ensuring the protection of all personnel, equipment, and property.

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including buildings, gates, storage areas, and perimeters.

• Control access points, verifying the identity of employees, contractors, and visitors.

• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or suspicious activities.

• Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and observations in nightly logs.

• Collaborate with site management and emergency services in case of incidents.

• Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and emergency protocols.

• Assist in routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards or vulnerabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or safety training preferred.

• Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.

• Basic knowledge of emergency procedures, fire safety, and first aid.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong observational, alertness, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in industrial, commercial, or corporate security is preferred.

Working Hours

• Night shift: Typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with occasional flexibility as per operational needs.

• Rotational shifts may apply depending on site requirements.
