Job Summary

SecureMalls Inc. is seeking vigilant, proactive, and highly professional Event Security Staff to ensure the safety and security of attendees, performers, and staff at concerts, stadium events, and large-scale public gatherings. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond calmly under pressure. This role requires hands-on involvement in crowd control, emergency management, and maintaining a secure environment for all event participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and event areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure attendee safety.

• Conduct bag checks, ID verification, and screening procedures in compliance with event security protocols.

• Patrol assigned areas, including seating sections, backstage zones, and VIP areas, to detect and deter potential security threats.

• Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances, coordinating with law enforcement or medical personnel when necessary.

• Assist in crowd control during peak event times, ensuring orderly entry, exit, and movement of attendees.

• Maintain accurate incident reports and logs for management review.

• Provide clear guidance and support to attendees, including directions and safety instructions.

• Collaborate with event management, vendors, and other security personnel to uphold operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security, law enforcement, or crowd management is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle diverse groups of attendees.

• Ability to remain calm and decisive under stressful or emergency situations.

• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.

• Familiarity with security equipment such as metal detectors, CCTV systems, and radios.

• Physical fitness and stamina to stand for extended periods and handle high-traffic events.

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow strict security protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in event security, stadium security, or crowd management is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in law enforcement, military, or private security is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
