Job Summary:

SecureMalls Inc. is seeking highly trained, vigilant, and discreet Private Security personnel to provide protection for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding clients’ physical well-being, property, and personal assets, ensuring a secure and risk-free environment at all times. This role requires a combination of strategic risk assessment, quick decision-making, and exceptional interpersonal skills, all delivered with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide close protection and personal security to high-net-worth clients during daily routines, travel, and special events.

• Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop security plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Monitor and respond to potential security threats proactively, both on-site and in transit.

• Coordinate with local law enforcement, security personnel, and relevant agencies as required.

• Ensure the security of client residences, offices, and other designated locations.

• Maintain detailed incident reports, logs, and records of security-related activities.

• Operate and maintain security equipment, including surveillance systems, alarms, and communication devices.

• Escort clients safely during public appearances, meetings, and personal travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in close protection, executive security, or private security for high-net-worth individuals.

• Strong situational awareness and threat assessment capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage interactions with clients, staff, and law enforcement.

• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk management strategies.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

• Physical fitness and stamina to handle prolonged duties, emergencies, and high-stress situations.

• Valid security certification/license (as per local regulations).

• Defensive driving and first aid certification preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive protection, private security, or law enforcement.

• Experience in handling high-profile clients and sensitive security situations is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with flexible schedules based on client requirements.

• May include nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability depending on client assignments.

• Proficient in risk assessment, threat analysis, and crisis management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
