Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Medical Transcriptionist to join our growing healthcare support team. Key Responsibilities

Accurately transcribe medical dictations, including patient histories, radiology reports, operative notes, and discharge summaries.

Edit and proofread transcribed documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.

Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.

Review audio recordings and convert them into well-structured written documents.

Verify medical terminology, drug names, and procedures for accuracy.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify any discrepancies or unclear dictations.

Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while ensuring high-quality work.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in medical transcription with a strong understanding of healthcare documentation.

Experience

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in medical transcription, preferably in multiple specialties.
