Job Summary:

Concentrix is seeking motivated and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our healthcare support team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to healthcare clients and patients, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering accurate information with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient and client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Assist with insurance verification, appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and general healthcare questions.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

  • Identify patient needs and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on healthcare processes and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes is a plus.

  • Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and multi-line phone systems.

Experience:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance, is highly desirable.

  • Experience in remote work or virtual support environments is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time remote role with flexible scheduling options.

  • May include weekday, weekend, or evening shifts depending on client requirements.
