Job Summary

Concentrix is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products and services while providing guidance, support, and solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to understand their business needs and objectives.

  • Proactively monitor customer health metrics and address potential issues before they escalate.

  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries or concerns.

  • Provide onboarding, training, and product demonstrations to customers.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.

  • Track and report on customer success metrics, including retention, satisfaction, and product adoption.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and internal processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related role.

  • Experience in a remote or virtual work environment is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or technology solutions is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible work schedule; some shifts may require availability during business hours in different time zones.
