QuickServe eCommerce is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Order Processing Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. This role is crucial in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed, tracked, and managed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and manage online orders using company systems and tools.

  • Verify order details, including customer information, product specifications, and payment confirmation.

  • Track order status and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

  • Handle customer inquiries related to order processing, shipment updates, or product returns.

  • Maintain precise records of orders, returns, and customer interactions.

  • Identify and report discrepancies or issues in order processing to management promptly.

  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using order management software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.

  • Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  • High level of organization and time management.

Experience

  • Previous experience in order processing, eCommerce, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong computer skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote work hours with a standard 5–6 day workweek.

  • Candidates should be able to commit to consistent availability during agreed-upon shifts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of eCommerce operations and order fulfillment processes.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
