Job Summary

PakEstate Technologies is looking for a skilled Angular Developer to join our growing development team for a next-generation property listing platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining user-facing web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and seamless user experience. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver an intuitive and responsive website that transforms the way people search, list, and manage properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Angular applications for the property listing website.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional components.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure smooth data flow across the platform.

• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Implement responsive design principles to deliver seamless experiences across desktop and mobile devices.

• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices through version control (Git) and code reviews.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Stay updated with emerging Angular features, frontend trends, and modern development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs integration and asynchronous programming.

• Experience with RxJS, Angular CLI, and state management libraries (e.g., NgRx).

• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.

• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience in Angular development (experience in real estate or e-commerce platforms is a plus).

Working Hours

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Flexibility for occasional remote work or overtime during key project deadlines.
