Job Summary

CozyNest Interiors is seeking a talented WordPress and WooCommerce Developer to join our growing e-commerce team. As we expand our home décor online store, we need a professional who can build, customize, and maintain a visually appealing, secure, and user-friendly website. This role will involve collaborating with our design and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress and WooCommerce websites for our online store.

• Implement new features, plugins, and themes to improve site functionality and customer experience.

• Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness across devices.

• Ensure proper integration of payment gateways, shipping modules, and inventory management tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Maintain website security, perform regular backups, and monitor site health.

• Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement SEO best practices and marketing campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest WordPress, WooCommerce, and e-commerce trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in WordPress and WooCommerce development.

• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

• Experience with theme and plugin customization.

• Familiarity with e-commerce workflows, including checkout, cart, and product management.

• Understanding of SEO and website optimization techniques.

• Knowledge of security best practices for e-commerce platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Experience

• 2–4 years of proven experience in WordPress and WooCommerce development.

• Previous work in e-commerce website development preferred.

• Portfolio of completed projects is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Flexible working hours with availability during core business times (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

• Remote work options may be considered for the right candidate.
