Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and related front-end technologies.

• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic data into front-end components.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining code quality and best practices.

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and trends.

• Contribute to improving development processes, tools, and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration of backend services.

• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git/GitHub.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a team environment.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in front-end web development with React.

• Prior experience developing e-commerce platforms or web applications is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience with UI/UX implementation and responsive design projects.

Working Hours

• Full-time role; flexible work-from-home arrangements.

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).

• Occasional collaboration outside standard hours may be required for project deadlines.
