Job Summary

TaskSphere Technologies is seeking a highly skilled React Front End Developer to join our freelance team for an innovative project management platform. This role requires a developer with a keen eye for clean, efficient, and user-friendly web interfaces. You will work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to implement scalable front-end solutions that enhance user experience and engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React.js.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.

• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and performance consistency across all web applications.

• Implement state management solutions such as Redux or Context API for efficient data handling.

• Write modular, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing applications for speed and scalability.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks to continuously enhance the platform.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js.

• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).

• Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, NPM/Yarn).

• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate in a remote/freelance environment.

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development with React.js.

• Experience contributing to large-scale projects or SaaS platforms is highly desirable.

Working Hours
