Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers at the ticketing counter, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

  • Handle ticket bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds accurately using Emirates’ reservation system.

  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and services.

  • Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Maintain records of transactions and customer interactions in accordance with company policies.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Stay updated on Emirates’ promotions, policies, and industry standards to provide accurate guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with reservation or ticketing systems.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Experience

  • Prior experience in airline ticketing, travel agency, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for the aviation industry are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, typically involving shift rotations including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Flexibility to accommodate peak travel periods is required.
