Job Summary

Emirates Airlines is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Call Center Executives to join our customer service team. As a Call Center Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for Emirates Airlines’ passengers, assisting them with inquiries, bookings, and service-related concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, ticketing, reservations, and baggage information.

  • Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and special requests.

  • Identify and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.

  • Continuously improve knowledge of Emirates’ products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Uphold Emirates’ high standards of customer service and company values.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate (any discipline) with strong academic performance.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Comfortable working with technology, including CRM systems and call center software.

Experience

  • No prior professional experience required; internships or volunteer experience in customer service is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays as per operational requirements.

  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including mornings, evenings, and night shifts if required.
