Job Summary

Emirates Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our office staff team. As a Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their travel arrangements, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring they enjoy a seamless travel experience with Emirates. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their travel needs, provide professional guidance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to flights, reservations, ticketing, and travel itineraries.

  • Provide professional travel advice and recommend appropriate flight options, fares, and services.

  • Process bookings, issue tickets, and manage schedule changes or cancellations.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in accordance with company policies.

  • Deliver prompt and courteous service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental sales and service targets.

  • Keep updated with Emirates products, promotions, and industry travel regulations.

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalations in a professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Travel, Tourism, Business, or related field.

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and travel booking tools (GDS/Amadeus/Sabre knowledge preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in travel consulting, airline ticketing, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Previous experience in aviation, travel, or hospitality industries will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.

  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs.

  • Knowledge of airline fare structures, ticketing rules, and travel industry practices.

  • Problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

  • High level of cultural awareness and adaptability to work with diverse clients.
