Job Summary

Emirates Airlines is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Back Office team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of administrative operations, supporting multiple departments, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to back-office operations.

  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, filing systems, and documentation processes.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.

  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and office systems.

  • Support coordination between departments to ensure seamless workflows.

  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office communications.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.

  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of administrative or office assistant experience in a corporate environment.

  • Prior experience in the aviation, travel, or service industry will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

  • Standard office hours with occasional flexibility depending on business needs.
