Job Summary

Emirates Group is seeking detail-oriented and dedicated Document Verification Executives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating, reviewing, and processing essential documents for employees, passengers, and business operations. You will ensure compliance with company policies, international aviation standards, and government regulations while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality. This is a critical role that supports smooth operational efficiency across the Emirates network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify the authenticity of documents submitted by employees, customers, and partners.

  • Ensure compliance with Emirates Group policies, aviation standards, and legal requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of verified documents in the system for auditing purposes.

  • Identify discrepancies, highlight potential risks, and escalate cases requiring further investigation.

  • Work collaboratively with HR, operations, and security teams to streamline the verification process.

  • Provide timely updates and reports to management on verification status and outcomes.

  • Safeguard sensitive data and ensure all documentation is handled with strict confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.

  • Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • High ethical standards with a commitment to data protection and confidentiality.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in document verification, compliance, administration, or a related role.

  • Previous experience in aviation, corporate HR, banking, or multinational companies will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role based on 40–48 hours per week.

  • Flexible scheduling, with shifts aligned to operational requirements.

  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak operational periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and document verification standards.

  • Familiarity with aviation or corporate HR processes is preferred.

  • Strong multitasking ability with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
