Job Summary:
Amazon Fulfillment is seeking a meticulous and proactive Customer Returns Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless management of returned products, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and supporting the efficiency of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple returns processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of customer returns in the fulfillment center.

Inspect, process, and record returned items, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Inventory, Quality Assurance) to resolve return-related issues.

Identify trends in returns to provide actionable insights for process improvements.

Maintain up-to-date records of all returns using Amazon’s internal systems.

Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Ensure all returned inventory is correctly classified, restocked, or routed for further action.

Support the team in implementing best practices for return handling and customer satisfaction.

Experience:
