Job Summary

Amazon Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon PPC Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. This is a fully remote position, ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital marketing, data analysis, and performance-driven advertising. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI, improve product visibility, and drive revenue growth for our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing search terms.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) while maximizing profitability.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign insights, performance trends, and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align ad campaigns with business goals.

  • Stay updated on Amazon advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Amazon PPC campaign management or digital advertising.

  • Prior experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace optimization is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours, with availability for weekly team meetings and reporting.

  • Must be able to adapt to different time zones depending on campaign requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console and campaign structures.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion optimization techniques.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets to make actionable recommendations.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to campaign improvement.
