Job Summary
Amazon Pakistan is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Account Health Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring seller accounts, identifying compliance risks, and providing timely support to ensure adherence to Amazon’s policies. The Account Health Specialist plays a critical role in safeguarding marketplace integrity by resolving issues that may impact account performance, seller trust, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor seller account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon’s performance standards.

Review account performance notifications and proactively resolve issues to prevent suspensions.

Provide clear guidance and solutions to sellers on policy adherence and best practices.

Investigate performance-related complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Collaborate with internal support teams to handle escalations and complex cases.

Maintain accurate documentation of account health reviews and actions taken.

Stay updated on Amazon’s latest policies, compliance requirements, and marketplace changes.

Deliver professional communication and support via email, chat, and calls when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, compliance, or customer support.

Previous Amazon seller support or account health management experience will be a strong advantage.
Working Hours

Standard shift: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with occasional weekend or evening shifts based on business needs.
