Careem Now Pakistan is seeking motivated and responsible Bike Riders to join our courier operations in Faisalabad. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages and food orders to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be energetic, punctual, and possess a strong knowledge of Faisalabad’s city routes. Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver parcels, groceries, and food orders to customers within the designated delivery areas.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including order confirmation and receipts.

• Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team regarding delivery updates or issues.

• Inspect the bike regularly and ensure it is in good working condition.

• Adhere to traffic rules and safety regulations at all times.

• Assist in managing multiple deliveries efficiently while meeting scheduled timelines.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all Careem Now users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid motorcycle driving license.

• Familiarity with Faisalabad city routes and neighborhoods.

• Good communication skills and ability to interact courteously with customers.

• Basic smartphone proficiency for using Careem Now app and navigation tools.

• Physical stamina to handle deliveries for extended periods, including carrying packages.

Experience

• Prior experience as a delivery rider or courier is preferred but not mandatory.

• Fresh candidates with strong knowledge of the city and commitment to punctuality are encouraged to apply.
