Job Summary:

Careem Pakistan Team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented App Operations Executive to join our dynamic operations team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing the Careem app’s operational workflows, ensuring seamless user experiences, and supporting drivers and customers with operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day app operations to ensure smooth functioning of the platform.

  • Coordinate with driver and customer support teams to resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Analyze operational data and identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

  • Support new app feature rollouts by ensuring operational readiness and stakeholder alignment.

  • Conduct quality checks and performance assessments of app operations and partner engagement.

  • Prepare and present reports on operational metrics and app performance to management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, tech, and customer experience for process improvements.

  • Act as a point of contact for escalated operational concerns from drivers or customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of mobile app operations and platform-based business models.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data reporting tools.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and process orientation.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or app-based services.

  • Prior experience with ride-hailing or delivery platforms is a strong advantage.

  • Experience in handling operational metrics, reporting, and process optimization is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility required for occasional extended hours or weekend support during high-demand periods.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
