TaskEase Hub is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Female Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves supporting business operations through both remote tasks and occasional office-based responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and able to handle multiple administrative duties with professionalism and discretion. This is an immediate opening for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage responsibilities independently while providing top-quality support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling emails.

  • Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations as required.

  • Coordinate and manage online communications with clients, vendors, and partners.

  • Handle data entry, record management, and maintain accurate filing systems.

  • Support social media and online business operations where necessary.

  • Perform office-based tasks when required, including organizing files, arranging logistics, and coordinating meetings.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

  • Assist management with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of online collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Professional demeanor, adaptability, and willingness to take initiative.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Freshers with exceptional skills and eagerness to learn may also be considered.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with core availability during standard business hours.

  • Hybrid role: Primarily remote with occasional office visits based on company requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of basic administrative procedures and virtual tools.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
