Job Summary

CallLink Support is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Female Call Center Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy engaging with customers, solving problems, and providing outstanding service. Openings are available for both day and night shifts, making it suitable for candidates seeking flexible work hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.

  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines to ensure quality service delivery.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or supervisors when required.

  • Achieve performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.

  • Build positive relationships with customers by maintaining a polite and empathetic approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with call center software/CRM tools.

  • Active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day and night).

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center operations will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Rotational shifts available based on business needs.

  • 6 days working with 1 weekly off.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Good typing speed and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
