Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • High level of patience, empathy, and active listening skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours
