Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, review, and verify data from various digital and scanned sources.

  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and company records in a timely manner.

  • Identify and correct data errors to ensure information accuracy and consistency.

  • Organize and store files systematically for easy retrieval and reporting.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets.

  • Generate basic reports and summaries from collected data as requested.

  • Safeguard sensitive information in compliance with company confidentiality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute with high accuracy).

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with database management systems and cloud-based tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

  • Prior experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong computer literacy and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
