Job Summary
TaskEase Hub is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and office support services. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with precision. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in helping the company and its clients stay productive by managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and performing other critical support tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance including email management, scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.

Handle data entry, file management, and digital organization of records.

Conduct internet research, compile information, and present findings in a clear format.

Manage client communications through phone, email, or chat support with professionalism.

Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.

Support HR, finance, and operations teams with routine administrative tasks as required.

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and client information.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being detail-oriented.

Comfort with using remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar).
Experience

1–3 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.

Experience in remote work environments is an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, or accounting software is a plus.
Working Hours

Flexible work-from-home schedule.

Standard hours: 30–40 hours per week, with some overlap required with client’s business hours.

Occasional availability during evenings or weekends depending on project deadlines.
