Job Summary
SocialBuzz Media is looking for a creative, results-driven Online Social Media Manager to oversee our digital presence across multiple platforms. This remote position is ideal for someone passionate about social media trends, content strategy, and digital brand building. You will play a key role in growing our online community, managing campaigns, and delivering engaging content that enhances our brand’s visibility and drives audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and feedback promptly.

Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices.

Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Analytical skills with experience in tracking KPIs and preparing reports.

Knowledge of paid advertising and influencer marketing strategies.

Experience

2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably within digital marketing, media, or advertising agencies.

Experience in campaign planning and execution with measurable results.
Working Hours

Flexible remote working schedule.

Core collaboration hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility depending on time zones).

Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during campaign launches or events.
